We’ve long been in aware of the wireless wonder and infinite inspiration that is Russell Prue who pops up like the Radio One Roadshow used to, but not in dusty car parks across the UK every summer, but the best education exhibitions and schools.

We first met when he interviewed Nick for a preview of the epic Sunday Times Education Festival we had a massive stand at in Welling ton College back in 2015.

He’s a man after our heart in more ways than one, as he’s a dab hand with a soldering iron and tenon saw too and ACTUALLY BUILDS radio studios and stations for schools.

So when Russell, who now runs the awesome Learn Radio station asked us to help out with the weekly ‘Seeds of Creativity’ show he runs with our new old friend Mrs Creativity we bit his hand off (not the one holding a soldering iron).

And then made him an offer he couldn’t refuse, to live stream the chat from the cardboard Coventry cathedral we’ve built on the playing fields at Cash Primary School for our #Coventry21 Festival

FLASHBACK

All that talk of the Sunday TImes Festival of Education back in 2015 has got us all sentimental, so here’s a little film of that we got up to and a choice quote by Sir Ken Robinson at the end!
